Wael is the founder of the Roya System, which is a modern development of Al Ferasa - the ancient art of face reading, used to deeply understand personalities and humanity. He studied at the American University of Beirut, and has worked in the UK, Middle East, North America, and Europe. He has over 40 years of experience working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, law enforcement, and individuals from all walks of life, and his specialty is transforming people’s lives, helping them achieve their highest potential and lasting happiness.

Andrew is a graduate of McGill University and a former Advertising Executive from Toronto. He has been studying Roya for the past 7 years, while also building an acting and comedy career. Roya has changed his life and he’s passionate about sharing his knowledge, in an effort to help individuals improve their lives

Mary Ann is a student of the Roya System and is currently completing her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice. With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, she has evolved her skillset to support her clients' well-being not only through strength training, but also through a deeper, holistic approach—balancing all aspects of the body using Osteopathic treatment.

Moe is a teacher at Roya and a Managing Partner at La Dolce Vita Arts Learning Center in the UAE. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in the science of Al Ferasa, also known as physiognomy. He has conducted seminars, courses and corporate trainings in various countries, sharing his knowledge with a global audience.

Moe is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world, by helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others. Through his guidance and commitment to excellence, he strives to create transformative experiences that inspire personal and professional growth.

Radu is the Managing Director of the Roya office in Romania. He seeks to help individuals and teams build strong, happy and balanced personalities, by sharing his 10,000 hours of experience in coaching and training. He studied Management and Business Communication in Bucharest while also learning Emotional Freedom and Gestalt Therapy. He then travelled to the US, acquiring an international certification as Trainer and Master Coach in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). He has delivered education and development programs in People Management, Communication, Leadership & Customer Service, in a wide range of business
sectors such as Finance, Banking, Retail, Customer Care and IT. Radu now dedicates himself to the Roya System as he finds it’s the most effective in understanding human interaction, and improving peoples’ lives.
